- Attach pictures of voucher and cheque. 

- Indicate in the notes the name of the show you worked on and the date of work. 

- Send us commissions from the “SUB TOTAL” GROSS PAY.

Full ACTRA:

• Regular BP: 10% + 13% HST

• Commercials, Upgrades, Print or Promotional Work: 15% + 13% HST

Apprentice:

•  All Jobs: 15% + 13% HST

Non-Union / AABP:

• Regular BP: 10% + 13% HST

• Work at Actra Apprentice Rate, Commercials, Upgrades, Promotional Work, Music Videos, Print or Specialty Work: 15% + 13% HST
